What is the minimum bandwidth you provide for enterprise leased lines?
We offer enterprise internet leased lines starting from 10 Mbps going up to 10 Gbps. All leased lines are symmetrical, uncontended, and come with a 99.9% uptime SLA backed by a Service Level Agreement with defined credit terms for downtime.
How long does a typical fiber optic deployment project take?
Project timelines depend on scope. A standard office network (up to 200 users) typically takes 7–14 working days from survey to go-live. Larger campus or industrial deployments may take 30–90 days. We provide a detailed project plan with milestones before kickoff.
Do you provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)?
Yes. Our AMC plans cover quarterly preventive maintenance, 24×7 NOC monitoring, SLA-backed fault response (4-hour on-site), and spare parts support. AMC can cover all passive infrastructure (fiber, cabling) and active equipment (switches, routers, APs, OLTs) installed by us.
What makes your fiber deployment different from other contractors?
Every fiber link we deploy is OTDR tested and documented with full test reports. We use only tier-1 cable brands and certified connectors.
